Designed by Caleb Gilbert, and fabricated / installed by 11th Street Workshop, the Cheese Cave was created for the Museum of Pizza in Williamsburg, Brooklyn,  I acted as lead fabricator for the soft sculpture melty cheese hanging from the cave ceiling, created with spandex and poly stuffing, and was part of the install team.
